David Yarnell

Chief Executive Officer and board member

David Yarnell became an Operating Partner with Falconhead Capital in 2008 and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and board member of Our365.  He also serves on the board of another Falconhead investment – Escort, Inc.  Most recently, David served as Managing General Partner with BEV Capital, a private investment firm with $200 million of aggregate capital commitments, concentrating on early expansion stage investments in the consumer sector.  During his eleven-year tenure with BEV Capital, he served on such boards as Alloy, Outpost.com, Buca di Beppo, Travel Holdings and LoveSac.  From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Yarnell was Vice President at Consumer Venture Partners making early stage consumer investments.  From 1991 to 1993, he was President of MEXX USA, a contemporary apparel company that sold through specialty and department stores.  He also spent seven years at McKinsey & Company in its Consumer Practice Group helping consumer clients worldwide with strategic, marketing, organizational and operational issues.  From 1982 to 1984, he worked in product management with General Mills.  He started his career as a sportswear buyer with Federated Department Stores.

Laura Klein

President of Hospital Operations

Laura Klein joined Our365 in 2008 to lead the Hospital Operations business. Laura’s Fine Arts and Photography education combined with over 25 years of marketing and sales management, strategic planning and organizational development positions her uniquely for leading the In-Hospital Photography business at Our365. Her experience includes key leadership roles at blue-chip companies such as Campbell’s Soup Company (EVP for the Global Wal-Mart business), PepsiCo, Eastman Kodak (President of Kodak Canada and EVP for US marketing) and Novartis (EVP for the US sales operations, Ciba division). Ms. Klein is a University of Illinois alumna and volunteers at Atlanta-area shelters and food banks.

Mary Jo Romeo

President, Mom365

Mary Jo Romeo's digital and integrated sales experience spans over two decades. Prior to joining Our365, she was Vice President of Sales at Mochila, a content syndication network in the technology sector.  Romeo has spent many years working with marketers to create campaigns for moms and women. She was the VP Sales and Client Services at BabyCenter, A Johnson & Johnson Company, as well as VP Publisher at Working Mother, Group Publisher at Parents Media Group and Ad Director at American Baby. Other experience includes a VP Sales role at The Weather Channel while she began her sales career at Nation’s Restaurant News.

A graduate of Penn State University and distinguished alum, Romeo has been involved in the NY ad community and currently serves as a Board Member of AWNY (Advertising Women of NY) and is a new Board Member of JPMA.  An adoptive parent and advocate for children, Mary Jo is also the current president of the Board of Family Focus Adoption Services  – a non-profit adoption agency specializing in teen adoption.
