After a tumultuous August, September comes in quietly this week. Retrograde Mercury will join the Sun in Virgo on September 3, allowing for deep inner reflection: We’ll see ourselves from a new perspective and perhaps be able to break through debilitating habits and patterns. Your Libra baby this week

The energy of the Sun and Mercury retrograde in Virgo will give socially aware Libra the week off from taking care of everyone else’s needs. He’ll be able to look at himself instead of others for approval, so be sure to applaud all steps toward independent thinking. Your Libra toddler will be absorbed by details, so bring out some puzzles out and enjoy a mellow time together.

Your Libra baby in 2010

Baby Libra will deeply feel the new year’s dynamic planetary energy. Saturn is in his sign, and your usually lighthearted little one will have a more serious attitude as a result. Changes and shifts are coming this year, perhaps to his home environment. Baby Libra is up for whatever challenges await, though, so whether it’s a move, a new sibling or something else, he’ll rise to the occasion.
