Make sure

    There’s a broad base to prevent tipping when Baby is in the stroller.
    Straps are securely attached and easy to use.
    The brakes lock securely.
    If there’s a shopping basket, it’s low and directly over or in front of the rear wheels for stability.
    The leg holes can be closed when the stroller is in the carriage position.
    If there's a folding mechanism, it works properly and locks in place when the stroller is open.
