About the Our365 Foundation

Supported by donations by the Our365 staff and affiliated companies, the Our365 Foundation provides financial gifts to families in need who have recently given birth at one of our partner hospitals. Our grants - awarded in collaboration with our 2,000 partner hospitals throughout the U.S. - help alleviate the financial strains a new baby can bring when neonatal complications arise, and make it easier for all families to welcome their newborns with a minimum of stress.

A recent recipient of an Our365 grant wrote, "We can’t begin to express what your gift means to our family. The money you donated was most definitely helpful…thanks from the bottom of our hearts!"

Who can apply? Families whose newborns require special medical attention are identified by hospital staff members, who submit grant applications on their behalf for review by Our365 Foundation board members. A nurse or social worker typically fills out the form, but any health care provider familiar with the baby and family can apply. On average, the Foundation helps a dozen families per month.

What do Our365 Foundation grants cover? Our grants, which average $350 per family, help parents pay expenses arising from medical complications - very often the extended hospital stay of a newborn. These expenses include medical bills, special needs items such as formulas, hospital travel costs, and babysitting expenses for siblings.

How do we apply? The online form is easy to complete. Apply anytime and as often as the need arises at your hospital. There is no limit to the number of times a hospital can submit a funding request.
