FINDING AND VIEWING NEWBORN PORTRAITS


How do I find my Newborn Portrait?

By clicking on the WebNursery® link at the top of every screen or going to the Our365.com homepage, there are three easy ways to search for a baby on Our365.com:

  • • Search by Family Name

We require four pieces of information: Baby's birthday; the first three letters (at least) of Mom's last name; the state or province where Baby was born; and the country in which Baby was born.

We'll return a list of babies that's organized according to the hospitals in which they were born, shown under Mom's first name. Click on the mom of the baby you want to see.

  • • Search by Hospital

Enter two pieces of required information: the state or province and the country in which the baby's birth hospital is located. If you know Baby's birthday and hospital city, that will help narrow your search.

See the list of hospitals in that state or province that offer Our365 Newborn Portraits, then click on Mom's first name in the hospital search results to visit her baby's Newborn Portraits page.

  • • Search by Customer Number

Enter your 6- to 16-digit Customer Number. Your Customer Number is your personal Newborn Portrait ID. It was printed on the paper that you received when your Newborn Portrait was taken in the hospital (it might have been called a "Cart ID," "Baby ID," or "Photo ID"). If you can't find your Customer Number, try using one of the other methods to search for your baby (Search By Family and Search By Hospital).

Where can I find my I.D. number or Hospital Cart ID?

Your photo I.D. is a 9- to 16-digit number located on the order form that you received from the Our365 photographer in the hospital. Your Customer Number is also your Newborn Portrait ID. It may also be called " Cart ID," "Baby ID," or "Photo ID." This number is used to locate your baby's Newborn Portrait in the WebNursery® and to place an online order in Our Shop. I created a prenatal account with Our365. Now that my baby's portrait has been taken, how do I add the Newborn Portrait to my Our365 Account?

To link your baby's WebNursery® page to your Our365 Account, you will first need to Sign In. Once you have signed in, click on My Account located near the top right corner of the screen. The Basic Information page will be displayed. Scroll down to the Your Baby, Grandbaby or Baby-to-be section. Under the green box, click on Add Child with Our365 Newborn Portrait. The Locate My Child's Account form will display. Submit the information requested to complete this process.

Your baby's information will now be displayed in the Your Baby, Grandbaby, or Baby-to-be section. Now that your WebNursery® page has been linked to your account, you can click on Edit Baby Details (under your baby's name and stats) to edit and view your baby's WebNursery® page. This process has also allowed your Newborn Portraits to be displayed in a gallery in the Our Moments section of your account, where you can also upload your own photos.

Who can see my baby's portraits?

Depending on the hospital where your baby was born, your baby's Newborn Portrait page may or may not be protected by a Visitor Password. To limit access to the page, just go to Edit Profile . You will be asked to enter your Username and Password from your WebNursery® Welcome e-mail. If you did not receive a welcome e-mail from WebNursery®, or if you registered with WebNursery® prior to July 30, 2008, we'll tell you how to obtain a new Password on the Log In page. You can change your Visitor Password to whatever you like. Our privacy safeguards ensure that your baby's identity and image are protected against any misuse or fraudulent activity online. Only those who know your Customer Number can purchase Baby's portrait.

When will Baby's photos be posted?

The portraits are usually posted within 24 to 36 hours of the baby leaving the hospital, and are available online for at least six months. If during this time frame you cannot view the photograph, reconfirm the password with the baby's parents and try again.

How do you choose the pose I receive?

Our Selection Department reviews all the photos received and selects the best pose based on set criteria: They look for the same things that you would look for, including eyes being open, the baby being centered and looking at the camera, both hands in the photograph, etc. This is the pose we use to produce your photo package and post your image in the Our365 WebNursery®.

How long do you hold images and how much time do I have to order my newborn's portrait?

Our365 holds images on file for approximately one year. However, if images have been archived, they may be available for a longer period of time. We recommend that you place your order with us as soon as possible to ensure that we are able to provide you with the portrait. Please contact us if you would like us to search for a particular portrait in our archives.

How do I order Newborn Portraits?

To Order Newborn Portraits, please click on "Our Shop" near the top right of your screen. From the Our Shop main page, access Newborn Portrait gifts by clicking on the left side of the screen. While visiting Our Shop, you can view all the photo packages, gifts and keepsakes that we currently offer. You will be able to order prints, announcements and keepsakes in a few easy clicks.

Shipping & handling will automatically be added to your order at checkout. If you'd like to calculate these charges prior to finalizing your order, go to the "My Cart" link and click on "View Shipping Costs".

Why do I receive a technical difficulties error message when I try to place an order online?

When you access a Web page, your Web browser can "cache" the page and its information into your system. This means that it may remember that you have visited this page previously and retain any errors that might have occurred when you accessed it the first time. You can avoid this occurring by "cleaning out" your temporary Internet files on a regular basis.

How do I check my order status?

To check your order status, log in to the Web site, go to Our Shop and click on Order Status at the lower left of your screen. You will be asked to enter the order number that you received in your Order Confirmation e-mail. If you are unable to locate your order number, please call Customer Service at 1-800-620-8479.

STORING AND SHARING PHOTOS IN OUR MOMENTS


What is a Family Scrapbook?

Part of the Our Moments section of your account, your Family Scrapbook is a collection of memories, words, pictures and observations that uniquely tell your family's story. Once you have viewed your baby's Newborn Portrait in WebNursery®, the Portrait will also be automatically uploaded to your Family Galleries. From there, you can copy it into an album in your Scrapbook. To get started making your Scrapbook, go to the Galleries and Photos section of "Our Moments" and upload your photos . Then go the Family Scrapbook in Our Moments and start telling your story. You can also create photo-gift items using the photos in your Our Moments galleries.

Why can I only upload a jpg file type?

Currently the Our365 website only supports the upload of "jpg" or "jpeg" formatted images - the most printer-friendly picture format. Please save your pictures in “jpg” or “jpeg” format for easy upload. Our365.com recommends that the photo files you upload be 3 mg or under.

Why won't my picture upload to my gallery?

If you are able to upload some images and not others, they may be in a format that is incompatible with our site. Currently the Our365 Web site only supports the upload of "jpg" or "jpeg" formatted images - the most printer-friendly picture format. Please save your pictures in “jpg” or “jpeg” format for easy upload. (Do not rename other file types to read "jpg" or "jpeg" as they may be rejected.) Our365.com recommends that the photo files you upload are 3 mg or under. To upload images to Our365, you will need to have a working version of Flash Player. If you do not have one you can download Flash now.

How do I invite my family and friends to be part of my family site?

Sharing your moments with friends and family is at the heart of the Our365 experience. To invite your friends and family, first add their names and addresses to your address book. The next time you have something you want to share, invite them to take a look and they can easily sign-up to become a part of your family group. Once they are in your group, you will have viewing and upload privileges to each other's galleries and albums.

I can't view some things on your Web site.

The Our365.com Web site is best viewed using:

Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher
Netscape version 7.0 or higher

If you are unsure of which browser version you have, in most cases you can find this information under the Help menu, under "About Internet Explorer", "About Navigator", "About Netscape", or something similar. Macintosh users can also find these options under the Apple menu.

If you want to get the most out of your experience at Our365.com, you should also download Flash now.

Due to the wide variety of settings and capabilities of individual monitors, it is difficult to display the exact color and details of images.
